Heat Therapy
After heating the Magic Bag in the microwave ( see intructions for use ), set each of the bag's arms on your shoulders, pulling it foward until the nape of the neck rest on the bag. It will immediately blanket you with heat, providing comfort, relaxation and relief from muscle pain.

Cold Therapy
For signs of inflamation, cryotherapy is recommended. Place you Magic Bag in the freezer for at least four hours. Set each of the bag's arms on your shoulders, pulling it forward until the nape of the neck rest on the bag. Repeat the prodedure every two or three hours as needed.
